We have set targets to systematically reduce our emissions and carbon foot print. We favor environmentally sustainable solutions in our deliveries and offer our clients environmentally friendly alternatives from which to choose from. We make choices that reduce energy consumption and promote the responsible use of materials in all of our operations.
Occupational safety and staff well-being are the basis of our operations. We support the goal of zero accidents by engaging our staff and communicating safety issues actively. We support the work and leisure time balance with activity and wellbeing benefits. At Nipromec we give value to active OHS committee work and good healthcare services.
We adhere to good management practices in accordance with ISO standards. We introduce our Code of Ethics to our employees and keep up their awareness about our policies and information security. We require our suppliers to follow our ethical guidelines. This is how we mitigate corruption and strengthen the continuity of our operations. Our diverse sponsorship approach addresses directly the UNs SDGs.

Our operations comply with international quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001).
Supports good management and guides companies to sustainable solutions in many, if not all areas of the business. It is therefore not a “mere” quality system, but a strategic tool to reduce waste, rationalise resource use, manage risks and strengthen resilience. Operational planning is heavily influenced by interest groups expectations. Measures to create progress are documented and communicated both internally and externally, making the action transparent. The whole standard is based on the principle of continuous improvement, and therefore acting according to the standard moves things inexorably towards the goals of sustainable development.
An environmental management system that follows the same structure as ISO 9001, but explicitly focuses on the environmental impact of the company and its continuous development. This standard is also a message to the interest groups about the responsible conduct regarding the environment. It requires the company to know its own direct and indirect effects on the environment and to formulate targeted management methods for the impact, optimize energy consumption, use of materials and logistics. The standard helps to identify the company's environmental risks and prevent them from occurring. Active monitoring of environmental legislation helps us to remain compliant, but also to identify business opportunities and topics of general interests.

The standard focuses on the well-being of people at work and obliges to develop it also around them. The standard is built to identify and manage risks, hazards and opportunities for occupational safety and well-being.
